Paul was a Canadian amateur astronomer and a founding member of the RASC Fraser Valley Centre. Paul worked to establish the McDonald Park Dark-Sky Preserve in Abbotsford and the Merritt Star Quest Event.

Paul Greenhalgh (1957-2017) Paul was born on September 11, 1957 in Richmond BC.  He passed away on December 7, 2017 at home in Abbotsford, BC.

Thanks to the efforts of the RASC Fraser Valley Centre, Paul will forever be remebered in the skies he so loved.
