Member Group: FVAS Members Posts: 8 Member No.: 260 Joined: 9-February 12	Hey guys, I had a few people inquiring about my Observer's Chair that I brought to the last meetup at MacDonald Park, so I thought I'd give everyone the schematic and instructions to build it. It takes about one afternoon to hammer out and costs about $45. Everything can be bought at Home Depot. If you have any questions, let me know and I'll give you a hand. One modification I had to make was to step 6, where it says to install 4 woodscrews through the bottom of the 2x4 into the seat. I actually had to install these from the top, otherwise it will rip off fairly easily. Otherwise, it's a great, solid alternative to paying $150+ for a metal framed one. Unfortunately I'm not off work until 6PM, downtown Vancouver, so I don't think I'll make it to the dinner.

I'll be out on the 14th, though. I can also email you some pictures if you need to see anything specific in the meantime.

They are the 200lbs+ version that stops the seat from ripping out of that assembly they have rounded tops on them, so you don't feel them through the seat cushion. -b
